2. Service Description

PDF AI is an AI-powered PDF study assistant. Features include AI chat, content generation, OCR, and document management.

3. Subscriptions

• Free tier: Limited to 1 AI generation per day
• Premium: $7.99/month or $29.99/year
• Auto-renews unless cancelled 24 hours before the current period ends
• Manage or cancel via Apple ID Settings
• No refunds for partial periods (per Apple policy)

4. AI-Generated Content

• Content generated by AI may contain inaccuracies
• AI outputs should be verified independently
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content
• Generated content is for personal study use only

5. Acceptable Use

• Don't use the app for illegal purposes
• Don't attempt to reverse engineer the app
• Don't abuse API limits or circumvent restrictions
• Don't upload malicious files

6. Intellectual Property

• PDF AI app and its design are our property
• Your PDFs and generated content belong to you
• The AI model belongs to Google

7. Limitation of Liability

• App provided "as is" without warranties
• Not liable for data loss (use backups)
• Not liable for AI content accuracy
• Maximum liability limited to subscription fees paid

8. Termination

We may terminate access for violation of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
